Sally was born on June 18, 1957 and passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2010.

Sally was a resident of Des Moines, Iowa at the time of her passing.

Sally received her education in the Mt. Pleasant School District and graduated from Mt. Pleasant Community High School in 1975. She enrolled at the Ottumwa Heights Community College and was conferred with an Associate of Arts degree in business in 1977.
