I've been working for my Tribe (Saginaw Chippewa Indian Tribe) on and off for years. I have over 12 years with them, but been taking time off to raise my boys (yep, all boys!). Nodin goes to West Intermediate, Lenny is at Fancher, then the rest go to Ganiard. My baby goes to school out at the Tribe, they have the Ojibwe Language Immersion Program where they teach your baby to speak fluently in Ojibwe...real cool!

Other than that, I'm doing administrative work for the Tribe. I finished an assignment for the Tribal Government Administration, but now I'm helping to get the Immersion Program going.

I was participating in Business Professionals of America Regional Competitions (at CMU). We were done with the competition and had to go back to Warriner Auditorium for the awards at 7 p.m. Well, come to find out, most of us "celebrated" and came back all juiced up. Charlie McWilliams was all buzzed and he was on stage trying to tell jokes!! LOL! I didn't expect to win anything, but I was up there all toasted because I came in the running for 1st place. I balanced well, Mr. Plouff didn't have a clue!
