Michael Schwieger of Mount Prospect Michael Schwieger, 54, worked for the Village of Mount Prospect for over 25 years. He died peacefully at home in Makanda, Ill., on July 6, 2011, of cancer. He was beloved husband of Audrey; and father of Lea and Sala. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Erma; and sisters, Barbara Brunworth, Vicki Schwieger and Dianne Ricordati. Survivors include his brother, Jerry Schwieger; and sister, Cheryl Kirk. A gathering will be held on Oct. 8, in Makanda. For more information, please contact the family.
