Kari was a hairstylist in the valley. She met and married the love of her life, Pat Ploeg. They had no children together, but she had her animals that were her babies. Her death was sudden and accidental. She will be sadly missed. Her husband has also joined her in heaven.

Kari always made me laugh. The pranks she pulled kept us on our toes in case we were next. Her parents were a blast and such good sports. I miss the gossip sessions we use to have out on the beach. I was fortunate to keep in touch with her after gradutaion. She married a close friends brother (Pat). They were a perfect match and are together in heaven.
