Mostly I worked at Pitt as secretary to the History Dept.- till I left in 1947 to get married. My husband, David Morgan, was an Air Force pilot and we travelled till 1967 as active duty members. From 1967 till 1987. he served the Air Force as a civilian and our wandering years continued. After retirement, we settled in Florida...an old dream ever since we were kids! And now, the beat goes on....come 'n see us!
I live now in Tal[ahassee, FL
School Story:

My high school memories are very intertwined with 49'rs...I knew David ('43) in school and Marian Morgan Funk is his sister. He was a mere Sophomore when I was a high and mighty Senior...you know the gap that was then! When he returned from the Air Force in 1945, he came to Pitt and we renewed the old acquaintance. Time went by with the usual dating on and off routine. When he decided to go back into the Air Force, he asked me to come along...and the rest is history!
