Morris Edward ODell 

May 28, 1951 - June 15, 2012 

Obituary Morris Edward O'Dell, age 61, of the Boiling Springs Community, passed away June 15th, 2012 at Murphy Medical Center after an extended illness.

He was a native of Cherokee County and the son of the late Jack and Christine Mills O'Dell. Morris enjoyed farming and raising cattle. Throughout his life Morris managed several grocery store chains and was most recently employed by Ingles of Andrews, NC.

Morris is survived by a lifetime loving companion, Glenda Swanson; two sons Jason O'Dell and wife, Larissa of Hayesville, NC and Josh O'Dell of NC; one daughter Caroline Free and her husband, Michael of Hayesville, NC; his brother Harmon O'Dell and wife Beverly of Franklin, NC; his sister, Nadine Allen and husband Steve of Murphy, NC; three grandchildren, Olivia Free, Lane O'Dell, and Kylie O'Dell; special nieces Leighanna Colgrove and Michele Allen; his nephew Robert O'Dell; and special great niece and nephew Stella and Luke Colgrove.
