Ms. Brown-Edwards!! WHERE have you been?!? Thanks for the b'day wish - and you, too, Tresa - I've already had an "Outrageous Omelette" (everything but the kitchen sink, as you can well imagine!)on my way to stuffing myself into a pupa state...hoping to reemerge before too long as a 50-year old multi-colored butterfly (or a giant Luna moth!)...(BTW, Joanicakes, I thought of you while eating some fantastic blackberries yesterday!)...
Actually, I don't like those 'tweets' where folk tell all about their eating habits, so I'll forego further edification of all those people who DON'T want to know!
Got a marvelous b'day package from our old debate/forensics coach Nancy Poteete - I'd sent her pics from the reunion (so now she knows how we all look! Yikes!!)- and she returned them along with b'day things she thought I'd enjoy. Nancy (our beloved "Miss Po") has a lyrical streak a mile wide and always manages to touch me in her choice of sentiments. Once it was Shakespeare's line: "A star danced, and under that was I born..."
