I think a date should be chosen soon so everyone can start working towards that date even if we don't have a set location, number, or cost. We know that some of us will be there, we just don't know how many at this point.
Since so many of our classmates are not checking this site now, for whatever reason, maybe a blanket e-mail can be sent out informing everyone of the party. Then maybe Leslie would be kind enough to post a registration form that will include whose coming,what days they will be there, contact information and how many of their family members they will be bringing.
This is just a suggestion.
