This is not the Indian Bowl we remember. This is the new Rougher Village. Muskogee passed a $110 million face lift to the Muskogee facilities. The bond went to vote in November 2019 by the school board, passing unanimously. Then went to a vote of the city and passed overwhelmingly.  The projects included a new football stadium, basketball court, activity center and a rebuild of Tony Goetz from the ground up.  They also included renovations and additions to Muskogee High School, Sadler Arts Academy, Early Childhood Center, and six elementary schools.
