Talk about special - when the school system first integrated; Frank was the first boy of a different ethnic background to invite me to a birthday party. We were at Cherokee Elementary and Frank had a skating party and boy did we skate. Frank loved the song Ben by Michael Jackson so for his birthday I bought it for him....everytime I hear that song I think of Frank, his smile, his laugh, and that walk and I shed a tear....

I have a grade school memory of Frank. When waiting outside school for the doors to open I remember Frank's dad pulling up to drop Frank off. They would hug and kiss on the lips in front of kids waiting, and he wasn't even embarrassed! He was a nice boy too.
Just a childhood memory....

Yes, I remember Frank from junior high most of all. He was very cute and all the girls I knew wanted to 'go together' with him. He was a very nice guy. Susan Baker McAuliff

Frank was one of a kind and I was lucky to have him as a friend. One day Sandy Francis called me to tell me about his diagnosis and the next day I came down from Tulsa and we spent the day visiting him....he was the same old Frank that we all knew and loved. It broke my heart to get the call from Sandy a couple of weeks latter that Frank had passed. I will miss seeing him when I visit Muskogee. Miss you Frank..
