Fr. Manny.....Merry Christmas....I actually started a topic there about the planned construction of NNHS Gym infront of the Pasig Type Building......si Cong. Fortuno kuno insisted (demanded?)on having it infront, thereby obstructing the great view......"take it or leave it " kuno a condition. Batchmates, any comment on this?

Fr.Manny......amo na ngani an issue sadto Nabua a manonongod ka NNHS Gym ta gusto kuno ni Cong. Fortuno sadto talaga ibutang atubangan....osad ako sa nakokontra kan ta: (1) boko oman adtong malang duang na space to accommodate a good-size Gym and parking space, and (2) it will obstruct the view of the Pasig-type. Sana makapag isip isip man si Congressman ta.

Gani.....kumusta na? maray ta nagka bibinaydan man palan kamo siton nira Tony.

Fe......nag cruise kami ni Emily last month, we sailed thru  Long Beach.....taga siton palan ika....sayang di kita nag binaydan. Nag one night pa ngani kami sa Holiday Inn.

Hi 'Nen & Emily---I'm sure you had fun on your cruise. Yes, we still have our house in Long Beach, but we moved out last April 2009. We're renting it out since we coldn't sell it. We live in San Juan Capistrano now which is next to Laguna Niguel and Dana Point which is farther South. You pass us when you go to San Diego. Fr. Manny have been to our house here when he visited relatives in San Diego. Talk to you later. Regards!!!!!

I have met relatives of Cong. Fortuno here in California and I told them to tell their Uncle Sal, Brother Sal, not to construct that Gym infront of the beautiful NNHS School, because it will ruin the original aura of our high school. One of my relatives is married to his sister who lives in Chula Vista. I'm so against that idea!!!!! Let's speak up batchmates!!!!

Agko ako naisipan na project to raise funds for our next reunion, and also the projects of our batch. How about creating a calendar featuring "Nabua Scenes", dawa onong picture na magayon depicting life in our beloved town. Example: mga egin na naririgos sa uran, mga nag tatarok, nag aani, nangangalkag, nag aarado, mga naninig gid sa natad, sinasaod, dotoc, fiesta, nagsisimba, mga students pauli from school, nagtitilad sa pili etc. Siguro a lambang usad na bulan agko dapat picture na usually nangyayari ka bulan na an.....then we can create a short story behind the picture as a caption and also give credit to who took the picture.

Amo di mga naisipan kong theme:

January.....pag celebrate sa New Year, siguro fireworks ...

February.....JS Prom

one thing for sure baka pwede adi next year ta kin nguwan a pangangalap sa mga pictures amu medyo kaaanapon...maray kin agku kita photographer hihihi  or we can ask someone na may mga koleksiyon na mig ayat pa kita sa permiso na magamit ta yan...

...tapos mapagbisaranan ka mga officers kin si isay mig kapot kading project na adi para a coordinating bodies makapag layout na sa plan of procedures para makapag execute na ka mga gigibon.    ;)

....then you will be the team leader nen,  kaw nakaisip nito e hahaha   :)

Thank you Nym and Malou. Agree ako sa mga suggestions ninyo. Sana dakol pa na mga ka batch ta na mag input sa mga suggestions sadi nganing mas magayon ana mauman ta.

Agko kamo idea kin saamno raw ana calendar na an with colored picture each month, siguro ana size ka picture is 12" x 12", or 12" x 18"?

Ana plano ko ngani, kin pwede kita maka create sa 18 month calendar, starting with June to December of the following year (example June 2011 to December 2012)......tapos ana target kong start kana selling is kana Pintakasi.

I know masyadong gipit sa oras, but osad an sa mga ideas ko. Kin talagang dere kita kan maka oman, we start with the calendar for release before New Year....we can do a 12 month calendar or a 24 month calendar as well.

Good point there, I guess we can ask participants to upload the pictures on our website, we as administrators need to figure out where, but for now maybe on their profile and they just have to let us know if there is a picture in their profile that is intended for the calendar. Old pictures are great too as long as it depicts our Nabua and the picture quality is still topnotch, we can even have a side by side pic of an old and new picture taken on exactly the same spot, how's that?
 
Marilyn and Acila have agreed to head the committee that will take care of this. Can we set the deadline to submit the pictures by October 31, 2011 so that we can have enough time to have it printed? How about a tentative release date of December 15, 2011?
 
I am excited about this. Some of our batchmates have expressed support already. If everything turns out great, we can make this an annual thing.
