Lived and traveled all over the world. Graduated from SFASU in 1989 with a Bachelor's Degree and again in 1995 with a Master's Degree in Kinesiology. Worked at SFASU during that time as an Assistant Strength Coach and Assistant Offensive Line Coach. Have been working since then as a football, powerlifting and strength coach in the Houston area for 21 years. Before that I lived in Miami, Ft; Lauderdale, NYC, and Los Angeles. I retired December 2016 and now work as an adjunct professor at Lone Star College.

Met my wife Maria in Buenos Aires, Argentina during a powerlifting meet and we have a son Federico who is attending the University of Houston majoring in Petroleum Engineering. My wife is a jewelry designer and former national/pro bodybuilding champion.

I guess I grew up and did a 360 from who I was.
