Frank was a dear friend of my husband Don Lutz and mine. They worked together for awhile after Frank got out of the Navy the first time then he went in the Seabees. After he got out the last time we introduced him to my close friend Sandy Leimer who he married. They had two daughters Sonja who works for the state of Oregon and Kimberley who is a professor at a university in Georgia. We remained friends until his death and miss him. He was a very good friend and a good husband and father.
