Sad to hear this. Art lived just down the street from me in Rancho Del Mar (American Canyon). He was one of the first kids that I got to know when I moved to California in 1957. He was quick to laugh and a great listener. Very chill personality, what we would have called a "cool cat". As kids we rode our bikes all over the subdivision and I met most of my friends through him. He seemed to know everyone.
A call from Sue Tepner (Art's first wife) told us of Art's passing in Utah on April 12, 2019 after a
short and brief illness.
She told me they had one daughter, Kim and he had a brother Kerry Elite. Raised in Rancho del Mar, he attended local schools and following graduation he joined the Air Force. He also worked
