I'm devastated by Ann's death, and my heart goes out to her beautiful family. Ann has been a best friend since HS, along with her husband, Steve. We were best friends during our time together in college at NJC, cheerleader and football game fun! We've been close since then. There is no sweeter, kinder, more generous person. Ann was beautiful and funny, we got into lots of trouble and fun. I miss her so much.
Ann was a good friend since our Alta Heights days. I think anyone that knew Ann, considered her a friend. Her smile always warmed my heart. Over the years we talked occasionally. She would bring me up to date on Napa friends and her family. She was very proud of the Yates family. Ann and Steve seemed like a good match. Ann's passing is such a loss to Steve and family.
I will forever feel lucky that I met Annie Potgeter in the fifth grade. Rest in peace Ann.
