Charles "Chuck" Rhodes

Charles "Chuck" Rhodes, 62, passed away on June 25, 2008, in Sonoma. He was the devoted husband of Mary Rhodes of Sonoma; cherished father of Charlie Rhodes (Theresa) of Sonoma; adored grandfather of Tavin, Cormac and Teagan Rhodes, all of Sonoma; beloved brother of Richard Rhodes (Jennifer) of Oregon and of the late Patricia Rhodes; loving brother-in-law of David Joseph of Petaluma; and dear uncle of Jeff Rhodes (Laurice) of Angwin. Chuck was born in Clanton, Ala., but was reared and educated in Napa, graduating from Napa High School. He served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. A member of the laborers union, he worked as a construction laborer for over 30 years until his retirement in 2002. He will be sorely missed. Private family services will be held.
