Gloria was my next door neighbor for many years. We walked to school together most days and shared all the things girls do. She was a soft spoken , kind person. My mother said," Gloria has beauty inside that makes her beautiful outside". She didn't always have an easy life, but she always had dignity. She had a shy smile that I'll always remember. I was lucky enough to visit with her again as adults. She had gotten older, as I had, but she still had the same smile.

Gloria was a dear friend when we were in grammer school her mother used to make us matching dresses. We lost touch after I moved away. I spent many happy hours with her family all her sisters and brothers. So sad to hear that most haved passed. Many happy memories.

I grew up on West Pueblo and used to go down and play with Eddie and Gloria. We went through Redwood and Napa High together. I will miss your sweet smile.
