Sharyn P. Cleek
Funeral services for Sharyn Paige Cleek, 19, who was killed Thursday September 28th, when the small foreign roadster she was driving ran off a sharp curve and landed upside down in a dry creek bed, will be conducted tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. at the chapel of Richard Pierce Funeral Service.
The Rev. Erwin Bollinger will officiate at the rites. Burial will be in Napa Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Miss Cleek, 1010 Laurel St., was dead on arrival at Queen of the Valley Hospital after the accident on the curve where Hagen Road and Third Avenue intersection. Her passenger, Bonnie Louise Fisher, 20, 1771 Menlo Ave., received minor injuries.
A native of Michigan, Miss Cleek attended local schools and was employed at Mare Island as mail file clerk in the administrative offices.
Surviving are her parents, ' Mr. and Mrs. Danley R. Cleek of Subic Bay, Philippine Islands; a sister, Gale Ann Cleek, and a brother, Michael Robert Cleek, also of Subic Bay; ·and her grandfather, John Piper of Beaumont, Riverside County.

Sharon and I used to hang around together in high school. Craig was stationed in VA when my mom sent us her obit. I was pregnant with our 1st. son and I remember how very sad we both were, when we heard the news of the accident and Sharon's death.
After we returned to Napa, I talked with Sharon's mom and it brought it all back again. I was very sad hearing her mom talk about it. RIP my friend.
