Sheila was one of my best friends. I met Sheila when we moved across the street from her family on Patton Avenue back in 3rd or 4th grade. Her mother was our occasional babysitter while my parents worked. I spent a lot of time with Sheila and she taught this naive little girl so many things: how to get a grasp on Math (I really struggled), how to sew, how to ride a horse, and how to tolerate brothers (she had two, I had one). She was the most gentle soul I've ever met. I have so many fond memories of our times together and I miss her every day. RIP dear friend.
