Marsha Louise Duey passed away following a long illness on May 29, 2017 in Napa. She was born to Wayne and Marjorie Phillips in Springfield, Oregon. When she was a child, her family relocated to Sonoma Ca, and in 1958 the family settled in Napa where her parents founded North Bay Plywood.
In 1992 Marsha married the love of her life, Jim Duey. After her retirement from Pac Bell in San Francisco Jim and Marsha purchased their first RV and spent the following 17 years not letting the grass grow under their feet. They traveled all over the United States meeting new people and making wonderful new friends who enjoyed the same RV lifestyle. Marsha’s favorite place was right next to Jim as his co-pilot. They visited family often, especially the grandchildren, all of whom she was very proud of.
Marsha is survived by her loving husband Jim, her sister Janice Lowenstein (Tom), her daughter Sheri Marshall (Jim) and son Casey Kilpatrick, Jalene Welch and Jeff (Liz) Duey. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jake and Josh Marshall, Teresa, Trey, Tony and Tyler Welch and Taylor and Justin Duey, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Marsha was preceded in death by her father in 1973 and her mother Marjorie, who passed away just four days before Marsha.
Marsha was deeply loved by her family and will be greatly missed. No services were held. Donations to a charity of your choice. http://napavalleyregister.com/lifestyles/announcements/obituaries/marsha-louise-duey/article_de7295e0-d6d6-5c5e-b0b0-8c8c9b650a48.html

Marsha and I hung out in our Jr. and Sr. year at Napa High. She was funnyand a bit on the wild side. That was not a bad thing. I have not seen her since high school but was impressed to see how she turned out. I always wondered where she was.
May you Rest in Peace my old friend.
