So many memories, good ones. The kind that when they pass through your mind put a smile on your face and remind you of deep roots that matter. This site is great and I have spent the day looking at everyones pics and comments. How blessed we were to have lived in the time we did. It is wonderful to catch up on how all of you are doing. Served USMC 9/7/71 till 9/7/73. Nashville police officer 4/8/74 till 1978. Freemen & sons inspection team after that until they changed the laws for tax breaks on capital improvments which is how we made our income. Been in sales since then on top of Rutledge Hill downtown Nashville & life is good. Have preached a few times at Lakewood, taught sunday school for many years and my cup runneth over with blessings from God.

Sitting the smoke bomb off in pep rally. All the boys
were taken to the lunch room. When ask who did it I
raised my hand, they told me to wait in Mr. Edwards
office. Then Billy Cantrell showed up said He couldn't
let me take the blame alone. Then Mark Gill came in
said He couldn't let us take the blame alone, then
Bill Bevens, then Johnny Robinson. Before it was done
about 20 of us in the office. Back then we stuck
together. One for all, all for one.
