Have had a very exciting interesting life, traveled in most of states after graduating from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, ending up in HOUSTON 35 YEARS, and the past 16 years in beautiful little Yoakum, Texas. Here, with a lot of good luck and sweat, i own over a 160 rentals. I hope my other classmates have been as successful financially as i have. I still work every day as it is not work to me but fun and exciting. My birthdays come and goes and no one remembers that day and that’s good, as I am not told i am getting older! Life has been extremely good to me as I don’t feel my age and don’t look my age. My grandson works with me 6 days a week and he has a beautiful family. Well-well-well i do wish all good health and happiness.

My favorite teacher was Mrs Irma Lewis in teaching me typing and business. I always think i had a secret love crush on her, what a wonderful person she was!! I sorta regret i wasn’t in more school functions, but i worked every day after school and maintained my almost B average. I did buy myself a motor scooter and later my own 1953 ford which was almost impossible to keep running. Now with nine vehicles i have a choice and no mechanical problems.
