Was originally Class of 1972, had some extra credits and graduated in August of 1971. Started at Morehead in August 1971 and withdrew in 1972. Joined the Air Force in 1972 and retired in 1996. Duty locations included Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Alaska, Hawaii, Philippines, South Korea, Japan, Cuba, Italy and 9 years at the Pentagon. Upon retirement returned to Neon. It is nice to be in a slower pace of life. Worked for Coastal Company 96-99, Ky Emergency Management 2003-2004, FEMA 2005-2006. Member of Neon Volunteer Fire Department since 1997. Former Chief of Pine Mountain Search And Rescue. It's our community so we all have to help each other.....Met Jo Ann Hall (Class of 75), the love of my life, and made her my wife in 2002. If you wait long enough in life some good things will come your way. Time to head South to Florida and enjoy retirement and spend quality time with my wife Jo Ann.
