Hi;everyone I have two wonderful children and four grandchildren I also have two step granddaughters. I am very lucky to have a great daughter in law ans a great son in law. I am very lucky to be a stay at home Mom and Mamaw. I married Jimmy Hampton he has been a wonderful husband for 39 years he is a coal miner. (i am always telling him that i married him for his money and i am staying with him till he gets some.) "still waiting" I have a home business it is called Pampered chef. it is the kitchen store that comes to your door. I do this just for fun. I am also involved in the Hemphill community center i am the historian at the center. come by and see our rooms of memoribilia of the old Hemphill Grade school (what we managed to salvage.) I also am the one to call if you want to book a party. I think this is such a wonderful thing that has been started. Thanks to everyone who came up with this web site;

Went to Hemphill Grade school from the first to the eighth. I then went to Fleming Neon High but I thought I was too cool to go to school so In January of 1970 I quit school to marry Jimmy . But I didn't give up on school I went on to get my G.E.D. My children were in high school at F.N. at the time so they had me a great party to celebrate my accomplishment. There is one thing that I would like to apologize for doing in high school . When me and some other girls( whom I will not name right now) hid Mrs. McIntyre's shoes during gym class in the old gym. Sorry Mrs. Mack I hate that you had to wear your old gym schoes to lunch that day. But Mr. Reasor did bawl us out and make us go get them after lunch.
