Children Patricia Ann Stallard Brock, born October 21, 1971, is married to Brian Brock, and resides in Harlan, More…KY. They are the parents of 2 of my grandchildren, Brian Andrew, and Autumn Nicole Brock. Patty is employed as a Administrative Supervisor and Benefits Coordinator for Data Futures, Inc. of Harlan, and Brian is the Director of Labratory Services at ARH (Hospital) in Harlan.

James Eric Stallard, born March 24, 1973, and resides in London, KY. He is single. He is the parent of my other 3 grandchildren, Nissa Chyenne, James Ethan and Michael Caden. Eric is employed by The City of London, KY as a police officer.
Jennifer Lynn Stallard Saylor, born January 23, 1980, is married to Matthew Saylor, and resides in London KY. She is a Registered Nurse, recieving her Nursing Degree from the University of KY nursing program at Somersnet, KY.

I am a Registered Professional Engineer (in disciplines of Civil and Highway) in KY, Registered Professional Licensed Land Surveyor in KY, a Certified Superpave Asphalt Plant Technician in KY, and a KY Certified Welder (SMAW).

I retired from the KY Dept. of Transportation on July 31, 2004, with 32 years 7 months (including military time), of which I was the KYDOT Resident Engineer in Laurel County from Jan. 01, 1989 thru July 31, 2004.

Retirement has given me more time to listen/play my music, practice my carpentry skills (remodel the house), and do my 'metal art' (where I create things from junk/scrap metal).

I, recently, purchased a new Harley-Davidson Sportster XL1200 Lowrider. It's the first Harley I've had since the early 1970's. I'm looking forward to doing a little cruisin'.

Sherry, Greg (my youngest brother), & I.
Picture was taken 2 months prior to Apple's (Greg) passing. He was 6'2" tall prior to getting lung cancer. Sherry & I are both 5'4" tall.
