Biography

Brenda Sue White Daugherty, 46, Neosho, died Sunday, May 6, 2007 at her home. Brenda was born April 26, 1961 in Neosho, the daughter of Lewis and Ruby White. She was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Neosho High School in 1979. She worked as a nurses' aide at the former Sale Memorial Hospital and at La-Z-Boy, prior to becoming disabled. She married Kenneth Daugherty. She is survived by three daughters, Stephanie K. Ford and husband, Cliff; Shauna M. Daniels and Shannon L. Daniels, all of Neosho; five grandchildren, Samantha, Savannah, Chance, Sydney, Stevie and Caden; one sister, Darlene Dawson, TX and lifelong best friend, Tracy Wolfe Brewster. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a sister, Vickie Aston. The body has been taken for cremation. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6 to 7 pm at the Clark Funeral Home, Neosho and graveside services will be held on Friday, May 11, 2007 at 3 pm at the Greenwood Cemetery, Rev. Ryan Palmer will officiate. Contributions in memory of Brenda may be made to the American Cancer Society, c/o Clark Funeral Home, Neosho.
