Joined the Navy after graduation and spent 20 years as an Air Traffic Controller. Retired in 2001 and moved back to my hometown in Idaho. Lost my husband in a car wreck 6 months later. Have migraine headaches that won't allow me to continue in ATC so started college in 2002 and 4 1/2 years later I have a new career working as a CAT Scan Tech at one of the hospitals here in the valley. Life is getting back on track. Kids are all grown, but not necessarily out of the house...lol My oldest is in the Airforce and was just deployed to Turkey today (11/3/09). And last but not least... I'm a 47 year old grandma with a boyfriend...lol.
