Barbara Jones Thorne

Moved to Maine in 1997 to pursue my dream of living on a farm. Live on 5 acres out in the country with my family and my menagerie of animals which include my 2 horses. Directed our local animal shelter for 7 years but left there in August of 2007 to return to the veterinary field, which I did in NJ for 13 years,before moving to Maine. Was a veterinary assistant until a year ago until I was offered more hours and more pay to take over as receptionist of the hospital.
