SAMUEL CARMI LOCKHART,  78

Sam was born January 14, 1945 in Junction City, Kentucky and died peacefully surrounded by family at home in Floyds Knobs on March 26, 2023.

Sam was a decorated Naval Vietnam Veteran, a successful entrepreneur who founded United Dynamics in 1989, an avid University of Kentucky basketball fan, enjoyed fishing, golf, and coaching youth sports.

Sam is survived by his wife Carol, childen Kimberly, Phillip, and Patrick, six grandchildren, a sister and brother.

Visitation was at Kraft Funeral Home on Charlestown Road on March 30 and his funeral was March 31 at Crossroad Community Church and burial at Tunnel Hill Cemetery.
