PAM NANCE (McCORMICK)

Pam was born September 13, 1945 and died August 2, 2015 following a long battle with ALS.  Pam and her husband Ralph lived in Florida.   Pam had been in a nursing home for the past seven years, after it became to difficult to care for her at home.
