STEPHEN SHETTER, 77

Steve was born October 13, 1945 and died Jaunaury 11, 2023.  Steve was a family man, with a great sense of humor, he loved the outdoors, pheasant hunting, camping, fishing, trips to Deam Lake and sailing on Lake Cumberland.  

He served his country in the National Guard, was a 12+ year volunteer firefighter, coached baseball, raised funds for the Crusade for Children, a devout Elder at St. Luke's United Church of Christ and a founder of Fishes Food Program.  In his spare time he worked on his model trains, watched football, and listened to gospel music.

Steve had a career in banking and was a long time resident of Corydon.  Steve is survived by his wife Jodi, 5 children Stephen, Alan, Sheila, Melissa, and Amy, 19 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.  The funeral was on January 16th at St. Luke's United Church of Christ in Jeffersonville with burial at Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
