Oh my gosh Julie - I can't imagine anyone wanting to get into a fight with you - you were always so sweet.

Chris? Hug and Pump? You can't just let that slide by without explanation.
It is amazing how I keep coming back to the computer to see what everyone is up to today. Definitely addicting.
Joe nice crush list! I would just like to say "ditto"

lol... Heidi, I would probably have a drink tonight too but I have to be up at the ass crack of dawn.

Yeah, I do remember Billy Harmon. I always felt so bad for him. He smelled soooo bad. I always wondered about his home life and why his parents wouldn't help him. It must have been awful.

You are all too funny!

I haven't had the chance to write it yet - just reading all these takes up most of the time I spend on the computer.

I agree everyone looks FANTASTIC - just like in High School!

Does anyone know whatever became of Steve Somerfield? I have a boy that lives in my sub that will wear a tux to school from time to time and it always reminds me of Steve and his ties.

Heidi- Hilarious! Your story about dating Kevin Duke (Where is he anyways?) in 6th grade and not saying a word to him-I did the same thing. I was 'going with' Matt Desjardins (remember him?) in 4th grade and never said a word to him except when he gave me Snoopy comic books for Christmas. Hey- do you remember when we spent the entire year in (I think) Mr. Schultz's class keeping a log of every band we could think of. Never really knew why we did that, but you knew a BAZILLION bands!

Danceopolis! Julie and I would go there in her Zephyr, looking all hot with our big hair and stirrup pants to get down to MC Hammer's "To Legit to Quit". We actully did the "Sprinkler" and the "Lawn Mower" on the dance floor. Thinking that we had the best moves. LOL What a couple of dorks! Although, things haven't improved much with Julie's classic Six-Shooter move and my Running Man, we still are tearing up the dance floor. LOL

Spring Break! I remember Ken Ringel putting a Budweiser case on his head, cutting out eyes and a mouth, putting a beer bong through the mouth hole and calling himself "James Bong". Mary/Julie- Do you remember April's Flashdance imitation on the balcony of the hotel? And the police coming to our hotel room and someone yelling "Who in the F*&^ are you, get the F*&^ out of here?" OOPS! Not good for preventing arrest!

Oh, Good times! Good times!

Since it appears that I am the only one on the blog this morning, which is no surprise since it is 4:30 AM, I will talk to myself for a while. : )

So, high school memories...
Mrs. Teller's fast, little legs. She could catch anyone.
Detention in a Pom Pon uniform. Scared out of my mind. Julie and I confessed to skipping Mrs. Pancoast's class and volunteered for detention, but Mrs. Pancoast never turned us in to begin with. We served a detention we never had to. I think we should receive credit for that detention. We were very gullible!
Skunk in my locker! Not a good moment. Kris Boggess-Do you remember that? Nasty!
Does anyone remember Mrs. Benedict? Well, here's a story that you may not know about her. She was driving home one day on the back of Mr. Kuharski's motorcycle. They were driving down Sugarbush toward 21 mile road. When going over the river by the township hall, a blue heron started to fly out of the river, Mr. K ducked and the bird hit Mrs. Benedict right in the face. It exploded all over her. They stopped at the township hall and asked for help. Mrs. Benedict was fine but coverd entirely in bird doodoo. I know this story because my mom (who worked at the township) was the lady who help Mrs. Benedict.

Another memory or should I say weird late night ramblings-nicknames. We all had nicknames for people, what were they and why?

Lisa Miller- Sasa (not sure why, but loved the sound of it)
Lisa Egleston-Leeha (her mom used to sing to her a song with this name in it and it stuck with me)
Julie Fournier- Ette (the last letters of her first name)
Julie Fournier- Flower (given to her in college by a friend who thought she sounded like Bambi's skunk friend, Flower)
Carl-Face (not sure why, but I just started calling him Face)
I know there are a ton out there, but I will leave this to everyone else to confess those weird nicknames and how people got them.

One more thought before I say "Good night" or "Good Morning"...

What are some of the weirdest jobs you had between 88 and 08?

Here's an example. While in college, Dustin Maki and I worked as monsters in a haunted house. It was a lot of fun being on the other side of the scariness! Well, except for the time I was beaten up. People were mean to the monsters. Please be kind to monsters. LOL

With that said, "Good night or Good Morning, Everyone!"

Hi Everyone! Thought it was about time I quit reading and started typing. It's been great to see how everyone's lives have changed so much since we left good ol' Anchor Bay and, I agree, everyone looks so great and has such beautiful families!

I have to admit, I join the "memory loss" club on a lot that happened back in high school, but I remember having a ton of fun playing softball (even tho' Mr. Wojcik hated me) and hanging with the baseball players! (Which is, I think, why he hated me!)

Jeff, I have to admit I have that same "lost locker" dream a lot -- always knew we had a "connection!" ;)

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Heidi, seems like you were always as bad ass as you are now eh? lol. yeah i was scared of you too. not like you were gonna kick my ass, (well because i would have put my tail between my legs and ran like the wind) but let's just say if we were both ..cont..

oh and jobs.. well i didn't do anything weird but if you went to Stroh's ice cream parlor sometime in 1983 you may have gotten some germs. they had those sample spoons and the kids i worked with and i would "sample" ice cream all night long..with the same spoon. ha! i also worked at McD. it was so fun! worked with Bruce Manning and i think an older brother of one of you guys - Murphy do you have an older bro?? gosh i can see his face but can't think of the name. it'll come to me.

i am like you my memory fails me alot, but like heidi i enjoyed high school with extra help from warm beer before school, some liquor after school and some other additions during school. i do hope my girls dont do a fraction of my badness.

who did the skunk deal diane? i know our lockers were by each other but that memory fails me. i am impressed with the memories of some of you.

i will now start to preach...less drugs and beverages! well maybe not beverages. i do like them.
