Bob - Right back at you!

Mike - Oh. Right. MILF.

Jen - That's sooo cool! Part of Clint's movie was filmed in my fair city, too (Royal Oak). It's nice to know that a movie set in Detroit was actually filmed here.

Lisa - What?! Are you f***ing kidding me?! What?!!! Were Brad and Angelina in the scenes filmed at your store? Did they adopt you? (I'm soooo funny to myself :-D)

blah, blah, blah... movies.... me and heidi were actually FEATURED in a film... but I don't think the title is appropriate for the board... jk... love heidi!

KEVIN DUKE, those were "camel turkish golds" don't fall in love with them though, they just got discontinued.

as for the price. I am not so sure that you could knock much off of that price including food and drinks no matter where it was. an 87er told me his was almost the exact same price and it was in a crappy banquet hall... and I LOVED the open bar even though it did lead to some excess in consuption. and thank you LISA for the generous donation to lower the price.... you rock...

and now I regret pointing out how good joey looked, it caught on like wildfire... I had to return the hat I bought him for xmas... turns out his head is much larger now.

No, Brad wasn't in the scene, so I haven't met him, YET (emphasis on 'yet'; I know where they live). I've seen him riding his bike and jogging. I couldn't catch him though.

Your welcome Jeffy. You rock more! If there was a survey category for best forum blogger - it should go to Jeff (along with cutest dimples).

I'm with Nicole re: Carl. Hot stuff! No wonder his wife can't keep her hands off him (i.e. 4 kids). hehe

Nicole - yeah, that's cool. I heard part of it was filmed out there. But I'll have to watch the movie to try to figure out which parts.

So everyone missed their opportunity to blame/credit Lisa for all the shots! lol.

Lisa, one word - tacks. On the street. When you see him coming on the bike, throw some down. Then you can play good samaritan and help him when his tire gets a flat. lol.

Btw, I have Mike Thompsons' photos and I'll add them to the flickr site when I get some time tonight. There's some doozies! ;) He took around 115 photos. Sheesh. Or other people took lots of pictures with his camera. I can't figure out which.

Thanks from Guest Of and me too, Lisa (but you bought me WAY too many drinks)! And I thought the Whitney was a perfect venue, too. Didn't I hear Jeff and Cathy K. also helped to subsidize the evening? If so, thanks to you two too!

12/05/08 02:46 PM #1176

Jeffrey Murphy

I subsidized nothing.. I just gave away a couple tix which was only fair. I think I drank 200 worth of free booze.

having hotels close by was a super important part of the night as well, which we don't have in royal oak or nb...

does anyone know why lisa miller still has long hair? its to conceal the eyes in the back of her head... she sees everything! and hears everything too! if anyone wants to know what was REALLY going on at any time she is your girl.

Nicole, you crack me up with the "Guest of" thing. Too funny.

Thanks Jeff, but I don't need you to keep my ego in check. I mentioned to my wife that Kris said she was a very lucky gal. Her response....., did you remember to take out the garbage. Back to reality.

12/05/08 07:58 PM #1179

Michael Thompson

But Joe, you are the hottest guy taking out the trash on your block! Stud muffin!

Whoops- I didn't realize the 15 reunion was not known about by some. Believe me, it wasn't my intent to make people feel left out. I apoligize for my lack of consideration of others. I didn't even know about the 20 until just a little while ago. Maybe someone or a few people could collect and hold on to contact info of classmates to avoid the void. It would be the classmates responsibility to update any changes to info. Yes, we have this site, but not everyone knows about it yet. I knew of some people that didn't attend the 20, but, I guess they were at least aware of it.
The otherside of this is, I just assumed some people didn't want to come or couldn't make it to past reunions. You know what happens when you assume something. The 10 year I barely made and got there very late. I was in a Play (my brief acting career) and the show must go on! Sorry to anyone who felt left out by my negligence. Now, let's move foward and look ahead.

well joey, I was described by my date last night as cold, unemotional (not true) stoic, aloof, and detatched....

yes, welcome back to reality... I think ill stick to the site, feels a bit better.

hi!

12/05/08 08:47 PM #1182

Jennifer Schwab

Jeff - I don't know about the unemotional part, but I have a hard time imagining you as stoic or aloof.

Jeff,

Aren't those qualities all girls love. The only thing better is to be called a bad boy.

12/05/08 09:19 PM #1184

Jeffrey Murphy

apparently they are... can't get her to leave me alone...

maybe I will try happy, funloving, emotional, attentive next... that is sure to chase her away...

the toa of steve... "girls pursue that which does not pursue them" and "everything steve is cool"

12/05/08 09:20 PM #1185

Jennifer Schwab

Yes, we love the bad boys. But mostly when we're young and stupid. Then we grow up and realize that those guys treat you badly and are miserable to be around.

12/05/08 09:38 PM #1186

Jennifer Schwab

Ok I now have all of Mike Thompson's photos added to the Flickr site. Wow... we now have 443 photos up there. It'll make a nice book for our next reunion.

Kelli Melvin (Smiecinski)

Well said Jeff.... That sounds like Steve. Where was he, anyway?

12/05/08 10:46 PM #1188

Lisa Miller (Shedlock)

Oh no she didn't say that, Jeff. Want us to get rid of her? Nicole will help - she's a badass. If this chick is big, we'll bring Heidi with us.

12/05/08 10:56 PM #1189

Jennifer Schwab

So Lis, have you seen Twilight yet? If so, how many times? ;)

12/05/08 11:05 PM #1190

Lisa Miller (Shedlock)

Jenn - Can I invoke the 5th? Ok...I've seen it twice, so far :)

12/05/08 11:08 PM #1191

Jennifer Schwab

Lisa, My friend Sean said that his wife has seen it FIVE times now. Lol.

12/05/08 11:23 PM #1192

Wendy Corneille (Lincoln)

Sorry girls, haven't seen the movie Twilight. Actually, I haven't seen a movie in a while! Lisa, that is so cool about your shop in a movie, wow, especially a Brad Pitt movie! I do have to bring up a subject previously visited, the survey!! The two people I would have loved to see at the Reunion was Rose Ann Constantine and Lisa Banfield. You two were truly missed. And Mike T. is the coolest person at the Reunion that I've never had the chance to talk to much before. You Rock, Mike T. !!!!

12/05/08 11:48 PM #1193

Nicole Cassisa (Prevo)

You're so right, Lisa - I really am such a badass, even if you, me and that other chick(en) are the only ones who know it. No one gives my Lisa the stink-eye. Luckily for her, she realized her mistake before my small yet lethal can of whoopass exploded all over her!

That said- I may be your closest hope Jeff, but maybe you could just try being as honest with her as she was with you? Yes? No? Well let me if there's anything I can do. But you'll have to bring her to me. I don't want to freeze my whoopass off.
