Hey all, Rai told me that the radio show with Juliana will actually air tomorrow morning. So if you're around and can check out 106.7 in Detroit. The station didn't give the exact time she'll be on, but it will be on between 6am-10am. So if you tune in during your morning commute you might catch it. You can also listen online at:

Wow, Matt, Lisa and Mary Those stories are crazy. Matt thank god you got out of that situation. That is so creepy.

Lisa, trying to picture you with a gun is scary. Did you have a strong drink after that? Since you drank all your beer?LoL

Mary, change your blinds! I would change in a closet for now on. I am scared now I went and closed all of my blinds and turned on my alarm!

Living in NB you never know. I remember a few years ago when that crazy Selepak dude was on the loose and my hubby was out of town. I even locked my garage door from the inside. The only problem was I forgot the next morning and hit the button and messed up my garage door! Yikes..

There is no safe place anymore!

It's funny how brothers seem to always ruin your things.
Ever stop at the Hill Top for drinks between Traverse City and Kalkaska, very fine establishment. They have a lot of snow up there already. Might bump into you up there, have a sled also.

Darn it, Kris! And "disheveled"? me? I like to think I looked pretty sexy and tough. Its my story! ;-D

And yes, Rai Ann, I did need a BIG drink after that.

Joey - Are you watching the Bears beat up on my Saints?

sorry lisa.

i meant as in waking up, not looks of course. you were the hottest person of the night. that is why he was on your porch.
i just know after drinking speaking for myself, you can be in a fog when you wake up too soon. that is disheveled to me. not your strong sexy approach to the door with a gun in hand. love it.

Kris,
"did you chew your crews ass up for leaving their captain?".....That was part of the problem. I was one of the crew and not the captain, and a fairly new one on that boat. I don't own a boat, I crew. I've never sailed with a single one of those guys since. I did find out that they thought I had gotten a ride home with friends. I've raced 5 Port Huron to Mac's and 2 Chicago to Mac's since that year. I now have dinner with the crew and then stick with at least one person from the boat all night. I've learned my lesson.

I'd have to say the best response to a peeper is probably motion sensor lights (if they're doing it at night). It typically will scare the person off and alert you when someone is near your home. If you have a dedicated stalker, however, they may come to your home during the day and unscrew the lights if it is possible to reach them.

Another way to go is an outdoor camera system with a digital video recorder. There are a number of systems out there with low light recording ability that aren't very expensive. That way you have a good chance of catching them on tape.

I actually had a system setup that showed my front door because it's a solid oak door with no sidelights and I didn't want to drill a peephole through it. That, and a large rottweiler tends to make my wife feel a little more secure when she's home alone:)

Ya'll missed it. A late night romp through Royal Oak with Jeff Murphy culminating at about 3 am with both of our shirts off....Ugh. If you are in Royal Oak, chances are that Jeff is out. Give him a call. What an impromptu riot. Thanks Jeff

Channel 2 has the Seinfeld episode: "The Contest" at 7:30. For all of you who didn't know what 'the contest' was, here's your chance. (I knew what it was all along.... Yeah right.)

Hey Mike Theut, was that guy driving a brown four door Buick with snow tires, and he was playing the Edmund Fitzgerald song? Just wondering. That Petosky is very scenic. I was just up there the week of the reunion.

Kevin Duke

Jenn, I know what road you're talking about. I thought I've also heard it refered to as the devil's spine. On my way to South Carolina for a family reunion, I drove through the Great Smokey Mt National Park. That was beautiful and the roads were quite hilly & twisty with switchbacks. I've been through Tahoe and down PCH, but I'd say that area was on par or worse. I think Mulholland Drive in Santa Monica Mts was not as trencherous. It might be when they built those roads in the Smokies, that was the best they could do for the time period or to preserve the natural setting.

Chris G, have you ever seen the movie Charlie Wilson's War? When I saw the pictures of old Russian tanks and jets in your profile, it reminded of this movie. I had a history teacher in college and his theory was that the Russian's want a southern sea port to have access to open water year round. So that's why they were or are trying to invade these countries to get to the Indian Ocean.

Kevin, if you ever do get the chance to ride the Tail of the Dragon, you should. It's pretty freaking amazing.

Schweddy balls and The Contest were great
After seeing all the pics of the amazing and beautiful women in our class I can see why it is tough to stay in the contest
yeah lots of breakins in NB and murders too, I think all the NB cops know how to do is get drunk drivers
funny story with NB breakins, my uncle lives on Lagae st and lot of breakins there Well he had a superbowl party last year and I went there was some snow on the grround and at halftime I walked to the neighbors house by backyard next to canal.. Next morning police were in my uncles front and back yard and woke him up at 7 or 8am
(he took day off) followed my footprints there (I had nike shox on)

hey carl u had me scared goin out with murph and taking ur clothes off, but once murph said girls involved too I figured I better make it to RO and go out with murph

Before I forget I want to say what an amazing little girl Rai ann has.. I was home one time and remember her and officer Wiley on tv. did not know that was your daughter

I know it is nice to get involved in diff charities
helped out with a christmas for the kids fundraiser so every kid has a gift for christmas and down here in Ohio the job I am on is doing a lot for the area, there is a food drive going on now

If people our interested in the yearly golf outing I think the first charity to help would be Rai ann and her daughter

What would be a good time to have the golf outing?
I was thinking the 2nd or 3rd weekend in August or we could do Bayarama weekend every year(mite be too much for that weekend)

Please let me know what everything thinks about the outting, what date and who would be interested in helping

Post it, email me or give me a call

I will probly be on throughout the day since I am sick and didnt go to work, think 7 days ten-twelve hours a day is catching up and I cant shake the bugs
