• Will need to have a reasonable commitment to the mission of the organization and be willing to commit a moderate amount of time to the R.U. Old School Reunion Club

• Will be responsible for making changes to the RUOSR By-Laws, policies and procedures in conjunction with the SGC

• Will be responsible for interacting with the RUAA as necessary in conjunction with the other Executive Leaders

• Should feel comfortable leading a group, adjusting to change very quickly, be flexible and have a positive attitude

• Should be willing to recruit volunteers that can fill strategic roles within the organization

• Will need to be able to host committee meetings

• Should also be willing to seek out new opportunities and networking connections for the organization each time an opportunity presents itself

• The Strategic Governing Committee will be responsible for planning the reunion event, coming up with ideas to develop the organization and making decisions that will steer the future direction of the organization

• Since the founder of the group does not live in the state of New Jersey, this person must be willing to work remotely using tools like email, cell phone, web conferences and conference calls

• All members are expected to use the group’s meeting site to communicate their activities and concerns with the group

• This person will also be responsible for ensuring that the committee heads are carrying out their tasks as directed and agreed upon by the Strategic Governing committee
