Luis came to us from Caracus, Venezuela. We played soccer together, every time I kick the ball around, I think of him, we had a lot of fun, on and off the field. Thank you Luis for crossing my path in life, with my mind's eye, I see you, i cherish the memories of time spent enjoying  high school together. Paris, Lovitt, Kidd, Bigott, Raymond, " here come the Judge", just crus'in around town, I'm smil'in my friend, our meeting was short but sweet, I'll never forget you and look forward to meeting again down the road, adios for now.

I'll never forget one Halloween night when Luis, Greg Raymond, Diane Lorch and a couple of others stopped by the house.  My parents arrived home suddenly and I wasn't allowed to have "boys" in the house without them home.  I panicked and shoved Greg in the hall closet and Diane, Luis and I hid in the bathroom...Luis in the bath tub!!  We stayed hidden until my parents went into their bedroom and then we all scattered.  Not sure if my parents ever caught on...we never discussed it.  I loved Luis' smile and spirit...he was such a positive presence in our class.

Luis and I dated for a while but mostly we just very good friends. He always had that sparkle in his eye like he knew something the rest of us didn't. Such a sweet and kind person. I was devastated to hear he and his brother had died at such a young age. Luis brought out the best in all of us.

Luis - so strikingly handsome with an incredible smile.  He seemed to always be full of life!  I will always remember him yelling down the halls "Wolfie!  Wolfie, go out with me!!!"  But, I was so heavily involved with my "Luker" that I never gave Luis the time of day...my loss!!!
