Obituary for Deborah McElwee
Deborah (Debbie) Lynn McElwee, 74, of Enon passed away Friday July 5, 2024, in Miamisburg. She was born on December 24, 1949, in Germany to James and Hilary McCloskey. Debbie retired from her job as a medical coder. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, joining her friends for card club, and shooting pool in her younger years. Debbie is survived by her brother Mark McCloskey of Washington, daughter in law Melinda McElwee of Urbana, 3 grandchildren, Brandon (Emily Kracus) McElwee of Springfield, Melanie (Jeremy Oiler) McElwee of Urbana, and Cason (Alaina Owens) McElwee of South Vienna. She also had 3 great grandchildren, Kailynne, Lyla, and Oaklynn and many many friends. Debbie is proceeded in death by her parents and her son Michael (Mike) McElwee. There will be a visitation held Wednesday evening, July 10, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Adkins Funeral Home in Enon.
