In this city on Sunday, August 23, 1987, John Andrew Bobeck, age 16 years, of 1 Pembroke lane,Cambridge Gardens, New castle. Son of Shirley A. Davis and John E. Bobeck. Grandson of Edward S. and Agnes Bobeck. Brother of Brandon and Tiffany Bobeck. The funeral took place at Beeson Funeral home and chapel Thursday, August 27, 1987.

John was another guy who I went way back with to the McCullough days. He was quiet, but a very nice guy. We didn't stay as close the older we got, but I do remember the sadness of the day when he took his own life. It's sad to think of what his demon's were and how alone he must have felt.Michelle Schorah
John was my first boyfriend in High School. I remember that Xmas when I bought him an Ozzy Osbourne T-shirt from Spencers in the mall. He was such a nice guy. We remained friends thru high school. Jimmy and I were with John that day.. I had his car out with his girlfriend. Kim Kahn. the 4 of us had spent that whole summer togethere.. With john goin to summe school so he could b a senior with us. It still is one of the worse days of my life.. John was Jimmy's best friend. The memory of Dorney Park the weekend before he died is a wonderful one. we had a blast...
