After graduating from Eastern Illinois University in 1994 where I majored in Sociology. I went to work at Buona (Buona Beef). I was a restaurant manager for 4 years and then worked as an assistant to the Dir of Operations. I helped develop new training programs, and assisted in opening 5 new stores. I met Alex in 2000, I became a stay at home mom when we had our children.
