I can't believe it has been twenty years! It's been a lot of fun finding out what everyone has been up to. For me, it was college in Oklahoma, getting married in 1992 and graduating in 1994. I had a little bit of career time before staying home with the kids. We moved to Texas in 1997 and have been here ever since. We love it except in July and August. Justin is in Kansas, my little sister, Jessica, is in Kansas City and my parents live in Wyoming. My husband is a pastor at a community church (yes, I became a pastor's wife - have all the fun you want with that little tidbit!).

As the reunion plans firm up, I'll be checking the calendar and the budget to see if I/we can make a trip up to see everyone.

**Update - I'm sad that we won't be able to make it for the reunion. I hope you all take lots of pictures and have a great time reminiscing.

School Story

For Wendi: we always hang in a buffalo stance... so don't get fresh with me!

I still remember how we made the band director crazy - we were always finding excuses to have practice end early, etc. I'll never forget the day we were having band practice and there was a bolt of lighting. We yelled, "That was lightning! It's going to rain!" but he had enough of our whining... he made us stay out on the football field and without any other warning, the rain come on full force. We were soaked!

Also, Wendi lost one of her shoes when we were in band competition - it got stuck in the mud around the 50 yard line and everyone who passed it knew it was hers because she had forgotten her marching shoes and only had black flats. So as people passed the shoe stuck in the mud, they made a squawk with their instrument from instantaneous laughter. That was the best.

That also reminds me of Jennifer LaRue always saying, "Judas Priest!" when she was mad. Hahaha...

And, yes, the Moped gang was awesome!

Good times!
