OUR NEWARK-BASED TEAM HAS MADE SIGNIFIANCT PROGRESS IN PLANNING OUR 60TH REUNION.  THE EVENING OF AUGUST 1, 2026 HAS BEEN CHOSEN, RUNNING FROM 5-9 PM AT THE LICKING SPRINGS COUNTRY CLUB (FORMERLY THE TROUT CLUB).

Update on dress code for the Reunion:

Some time ago, I had relayed some information about the Club dress code.  After our Newark team had further discussions with the event manager, we have clarified what works for this event:

• Men - collard shirts, slacks, jeans with no holes or rips, or dressy shorts (cut-off jeans not encouraged)
• Women - summer casual; dresses, skirts, slacks, jeans with no holes or rips, shorts
• T-shirts are not allowed as outer garments.

 I hope this clarifies the Club’s position and alleviates some of the concerns that have been expressed.  I would like to clarify that at no time did I mean to imply that anyone would project a disrespectful image during our gathering.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone in about 7 weeks.
