Sharron Louise Jones, age 65, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012. At Sharron's request no public services will be held. Sharron was born January 2, 1947 in Urbana, Ohio to her late parents Reece and Alma (McBrayer) Story. She was a 1966 graduate of Newark High School. She was former employee of Planned Parenthood and the Salvation Army and was retired from WalMart.

Sharron is survived by her daughter Lisa (Charles) Spurgeon of Newark; grandchildren Richard Thompson of Newark, Brandon (Scarlette) Thompson of Newark and Jennifer Thompson and future great granddaughter Analeigh Rebecca of Newark; family relatives former-in-laws Harold (Leona) Jones of Newark, Shenan (Jarrod) Day of Newark and Sharron's beloved Himalayan cat, Sassy.
