Myron Snow

Myron Lamont Snow, 73, passed away on May 1, 2021 after a long battle with a devastating neurological disease, Primary Progressive Aphasia. Myron was a loving husband, father and grandfather who always worked hard and sacrificed to take care of the ones he loved.

Myron was born in Mt Vernon, Ohio, to Noble and Agnes Snow, but grew up in Newark, Ohio where he excelled in baseball and later tennis. He graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in animal science, but spent most of his career in the banking industry until he acquired Tennis Equipment Sales & Services, which he loved.

He lived his life making friends wherever he went. He loved to tell stories and jokes to all he met, which would put everyone at ease and draw them out. He had a great desire to help whenever and wherever he could. Myron's ability to analyze a situation and offer helpful advice gave him many opportunities to help others.

Myron's love of tennis and helping others lead him to work as president of the Prescott Tennis Association shortly after moving to Prescott, Arizona. After moving to Phoenix, he jumped in to help the Phoenix District Tennis Association as president. Myron also held many rankings in the Phoenix District and the Southwest and even played national tournaments. Myron and his USTA team won a national men's doubles title in 2010.

He is survived by his wife of almost 50 years Bobbie Snow of Scottsdale, son C Todd Snow and wife Lindsay (Webb) Snow of Scottsdale, daughter Ami (Snow) Miller and husband Benjamin Miller of Surprise, four grandchildren, three brothers Noble, Steve and Cecil and many nephews and nieces as well as extended family.
