Linda Sue (Johnson) Williams

PALM DESSERT, CA: A celebration of life for Linda Sue (Johnson) Williams, 64, of Palm Dessert, California, will be held in Placentia, California, at a later time this month following cremation.

Linda, a 1965 graduate of Newark Senior High School in Newark, Ohio, passed away at her residence in Palm Dessert, Californa, on Friday, January 27, 2012. She was born July 19, 1947, in Newark, Ohio, to the late Evelyn M. (Siegle) Johnson and Richard E. Johnson.

Linda was a retired employee of Hughes Aircraft. She was a devoted mother to her daughter, Lindsey, and had many devoted friends. She brightened everyone's day with her beautiful smile. She enjoyed shopping and traveling as much as possible and was active in the local ACT for MS group.

Linda is survived by her daughter, Lindsey Erin Williams of Placentia, California; her brother, Richard L. (Nancy) Johnson of Newark, Ohio; one niece, Corinne C. Johnson (Randall Derrick) of Newark, Ohio; and many cousins and special friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Evelyn M. (Siegle) Johnson, and her father, Richard E. Johnson, both of Newark, Ohio.

The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
