ETZGER Philip R. Metzger, age 58, of Delaware, died Wednesday, November 30, 2005 at the Delaware Court Healthcare Center. He was born March 24, 1947 in Columbus, OH to Philip and Florence Hopkins Metzger. Philip was a graduate of Wittenberg University . He had been a resident of Delaware since 1976. He was a C.P.A., and retired as treasurer after 25 years of service with Greif Inc. . He was a member of the Elks Lodge and a former board member and treasurer for the Delaware County Historical Society. He is survived by his wife, Joy; two daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa and John Theuring of Cincinnati, and Mindi and Robert Koudelka of Albuquerque; two grandchildren, Johnny and Tarinae Theuring of Cincinnati; his mother, Florence Krumm of Harwich, MA; brother, Mike and Mary Jo Metzger of Harwich, MA; three sisters, Marty and John Lohr of Orlando, FL, Kathy Metzger of NY, NY and Betsy Metzger of Denver, CO. Tim Reeves officiating.
