PIQUA - Michael McGonagle , 76, of Piqua passed away peacefully at home on April 22, 2024. 

He was born August 27, 1947, in Newark Ohio. 

Mike was a retired individual who dedicated his career to Hobart PMI, Nitto and the YMCA. Additionally, he volunteered as the auxiliary police Captain for many years.

He was a strong and giving man who fiercely loved his family and God. 

Mike is survived by his daughter Carrie McGonagle and his 2 granddaughters Lyndi Blevins (Leo Blevins) and Elizabeth "Grace" McGonagle (Riley Linn). 

He was preceded in death by his wife and soulmate Dixie (Davis) McGonagle and are now happily reunited.

Known for his passion for Powerlifting, Mike still holds state records in the sport. He was well known for offering his vast knowledge to help individuals of all ages to do their best in the sport.

Services for Michael will be held at the family's discretion.
