All rooms feature in-room coffee maker, hair dryer, full size ironing board with iron, microwave, mini refrigerator, and data port capability. We offer health facilities on property to include treadmill, bicycle, universal workout station and an indoor heated pool. In addition, we offer voice mail, free local calls and premium cable provided by Cox Communications. We also provide free shuttle service to and from the Newport News/ Williamsburg International Airport.  Point Plaza Suites at City Center is located directly off the interstate between Virginia Beach and Williamsburg.

Point Plaza Suites at City Center is pleased to offer a complimentary hot breakfast buffet, served Monday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and on Sundays from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Our complimentary hot breakfast buffet will awake your senses in the morning as you begin your day’s journey. A few of our specialty items include: fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, and a variety of homemade gravies and warm fruit topping. In addition to our specialty items, our abundant buffet also includes muffins, homemade biscuits, assorted breads, yogurt, cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruit, and assorted juices.

Attendees must present a credit card to cover any incidentals charged to their room.  Upon check-in each room must have a signed “No Party Policy” agreement on file (please see attached with this contract).

If there should be a need to cancel an individual reservation, the hotel must be notified at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival. (Hotel must be notified by 3 p.m. Thursday, November 4, 2010). Cancellations received after this date and time will result in a charge of the first nights room and tax to the credit card guaranteeing the room.
