Tony Decker, 69, retired data processing manager, passed away Friday, February 13, 2015. Tony had had two small strokes about 10 days before, so Thursday he made an appointment with a specialist to see what the problem was. But Friday morning Tony didn't wake up. He was preceded in death by father, Clayton Decker; sister, Loretta Loomis; grandson, Aaron Decker. Tony is survived by his wife Janice (Cannon) Decker whom he married in 1966; his children, Mitchell A. Decker (Nichole L.), Kelly Steventon (Lester II) all of Wichita, Robin Conrad (Derek) of Chicago; mother, Waunita Decker of Wichita; brother, Larry Decker (Wanda) of Clearwater; grandchildren, Ryan, Justin and Seth Decker, Josh Wyatt, Leslie Steventon; great-grandchildren, Malachi Ward, Aarriannuh and Mia Decker, Elijah Wyatt, Joseph, Alexis and Hayley Sousa.
