I have recently been in touch via facebook with a few old high school friends and have seen Kelly Patillo who visited me in the hospital.

I got married in 2003 and moved to Alabama in 2007 where I was a substitute teacher and complete my freshman year of college (all A's w/ 1 B) during which I was diagnosed with cancer Nov 2008 and have been through chemo and radiation which cause other else issues. Since I have had several surgeries and was in remission for 4 months before being rediagnoised in zNov 2009 for which I am now under going another type of chemo. I just completed my 4th treatment as of (2-9-10) and have lost my hair, lost 65 pounds and am very week but surviving. Also my husband of 6 years asked me for a divorced this past Oct so official we are still married (insurance reasons) I am living alone back here in Doraville close to my family and friends.
I have had lots of well wishes and prayers and appreciate everyone. I hope to see everyone at the reunion!

I love animals (Obviously) I was a vet tech for 10 years. I love movies especially good horror flicks. I like to play cards and read Stephen King books.

I just would like to say to everyone to live your life making yourself happy. Family and spouses and friends are important but if you do not love yourself in the end it will not matter. Remeber God will not give us more than we can handle even if we doubt it we just have to believe and push through!
