Frank was an old neighbor and friend. He was a very kind and friendly person but extremely unassuming and unimposing. Never wanted to put you out. He always liked and drove big showy cars (Lincolns) mostly. I actually first spoke to and met him on a "CB" radio in the mid 60's even though he was only 1 block away from my house. Franky D as he was known, had many friends from the neighborhoods near both Haws ave and Keswick way. Frank always did things in a big way. On his twenty first birthday he had a bash which I attended with my girlfriend (soon to be wife), hosting the popular band at the time "Patchwork". They were fabulous, 8-10 piece huge horn band in a 25x30 patio porch but that was all Frank. Quite a show. Lost track of him once I got married, he came by just once. And I learned he passed away a few years later. God rest your soul Frank.

Frank DeCarlo was my cousin and yes,he was a great guy.Frank died about 18 years ago and his brother Richard passed away 14 years ago in his early 30`s. Frank always did drive a big car. In the 1980`s he drove his Dad`s 69 Lincoln and after that he had a 12 clyinder Jaguar. Most people remember Frank as the guy with the missing thumb, which was bitten off by a German Shepard in the 60`s. Hopefully, Frank,Richard, and his sister Theresa, who died this year at 62 years old, are in a better place. John T. Puccella
